Don't let your favorite trail get shut down.
Help at the level you feel comfortable.
Level I: Rebel with A Cause
Become a member of SDMBA. You'll be supporting a local mountain biking organization with international ties. You'll be counted as a concerned trail advocate who believes in multi-use trails for everyone. As a SDMBA member you'll be updated on the latest trail issues. You can voice your opinion on trail use to local, state and federal land managers. Plus, members receive discounts at participating bicycle retailers throughout the county. Become a member today.
Level II: Singletrack Warriors
Be part of the solution. SDMBA has built great relationships with local land managers. They seek our help to build new trails and make the old trails we love sustainable. Armed with tools of the trail, you can help defend singletrack. Join the next SDMBA trail work day. You may even snag some great swag for your labor.
Level III: Dirt Buddha
Join a committee to help in a way that fits your interests and abilities. We need all the help we can get to keep trails open and to continue providing great events. Share your benevolence and enlightenment with others. Here's how.
Level IV: Mountain Bike Gurus
Join the SDMBA board, become an officer of SDMBA and/or volunteer to represent SDMBA at your favorite park or open space. Learn how to become a leader in the mountain bike community. Attend SDMBA trail advocacy meetings at 7:00pm on the third Wednesday of every month at Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center.
See the calendar for the date of the next meeting.
