Hello, the Progressive Riders Organization WILL have SDMBA presence at the VeloSwap. It is vital that we have presence here as Balboa Park (near the Velodrome) is one of the venues we'd like to build San Diego's Bike Skills Park.
We need help with setup, teardown, people to man the booth, and people to donate items for us to sell.
When:
November 6, 2011 from 7am-2pm
Where:
Velodrome at Balboa Park
Why:
To get exposure for SDMBA/PRO and sell some merchandise to fundraise
Who is taking charge of this event?
Phil M. will be in charge of the opening shift
Carlos O. will be in charge of the closing shift
Shift times:
Opening shift:
Phil Moses: 7am (setup)- 10am
Closing shift:
Carlos: 11pm- 2pm (teardown)
