San Diego Mountain Biking Association (SDMBA) is hiring a full-time Marketing & Community Coordinator to help grow and strengthen San Diego’s trail community through storytelling, digital communications, events, and in-person community engagement.
This is a creative, people-focused role for someone who loves mountain biking, outdoor culture, and building authentic community connections. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating compelling digital content and representing SDMBA at rides, trail work days, events, and community activations throughout San Diego County.
Responsibilities include:
- Social media management and content creation
- Photography and videography
- Email newsletters and digital communications
- Event promotion and storytelling
- Community engagement and relationship-building
- Supporting volunteerism, advocacy, and membership growth
This is a hybrid remote, full-time non-exempt position based in San Diego County with flexible scheduling, paid holidays, PTO, health stipend, and opportunities to help shape one of Southern California’s leading trail advocacy organizations.
